2 possibilities--> the quickie scalpers might make a buck in the 9:50 to 10:15 reversal period. The more conservative can wait until 10:30 and see if there is a typical and almost predictable "TREND CHANGE". Nasdaq is panting and needs a rally, but how much 'drink' does it need to assauge the thirst of a rally?
