Do your own research and DD people!!!
I'd agree that the potential of what this company represents is good, but I would not describe the company (US Oil & Gas) as being strong. In my opinion, and at this point, this company is really no different than any of the other endless pump and dumps that have existed in the oil & gas exploration - supply field, which exist on the pinksheets and OTCBB.
Have you seen the Turnbull Oil facilities in Plainville, KS?? How about the offices of US Oil and Gas Corp in Austin, TX?? I have, both of them, and lets just say, to me their websites paint a much brighter picture than what their actual operations do and I'll leave it at that.
For this company and many represented on the Pinks and OTCBB its all about the potential! Don't get me wrong, I do wish us luck on our investment here, but lets be realistic. There are people reading these blogs that will pump all their hard earned money into this company, because its suppose to be strong. And too bad for them if the did because someone or something told them to do it and they did not do their own research.
Some have wondered why this stock dropped on positive news. Hmm, let's see. A hugh forward stock split in August 2009, a big promotion brought people here. People bought on little or no tangible news, and then a mass sell off occurs and down goes the stock price. You've got to love the guys at Sign Up Stocks and NYStock Report. They are making some of us money, but I'm sure there are plenty of angry investors too. My advice - educate yourself and don't be one of them.
