No, low volume does not equal dilution, but the way this thing has traded over the last month suggests manipulation at the least, if not some dilution at certain levels. Of course, no proof of that unless transfer agent (gagged?) or company release updated share information. I would hope financials, which I thought we were promised, will be released soon...
