I totally agree. If any purchase is not accretive to earnings in the very near future, the current unrest from the shareholders will be a magnitude greater IMO. It might even make sense to take on some debt to balance out the capital structure if earnings are accretive immediately. It might make sense to purchase a dying cash cow type business with some technology we can monotize in the future as the older business goes away.
