Times of tension, stress and uncertainty can bring out the worst and best in people. In a group under pressure it can create infighting, however once things smooth out things can calm down. Much can be learned about people in those times when the shortcomings in their characters can be revealed. These are things that give a clue as to what kind of leaders they will be in the future. Hopefully what ever has been torn can be mended for the betterment of all. As far as Dr. Bruno is concerned, I think if a most desirable place and position are offered to him he would be a fool to not take it. ECT will be a different animal without RH and company around. Not to mention Dr. Bruno told us he supported the Consent Solicitation and we voted with that in mind. We are with him, hopefully we will not have to press him to be with us also. I have hope and faith we will be able to right the ship and set a good course to prosperity once the egos are put aside, should they need be.
