They spent two years putting this deal together....one would figure they would have realized it wasn't going to work long ago if that was the case. Sam Lee just flew to US to meet with Paul. Now Paul going back to Korea to finish things up.

My thinking is Asians like to do business face to face. Mr. Lee probably wants to close with a hand shake and to introduce Paul to the BioHarp team. Maybe even a Korean We Closed The Merger Ceremony of some type
