the deal will go...

Mr. Lee came to the US... laid out the ground rules... PR stated that XMDC will go to Korea to finalize it... only seems fair since Bio Harp is created in Korea and the everything is there... XMDC will take over the hardware, software and step up the manufacturing and also change the name of Xtend Med to Bioharp....

It is just a formality, it's a done deal imo.
