I bought shares @ .0001 knowing there was a high possibility that I could all of my investment. That being said, my order was filled when the offer was still @.0002 so I initially entered the position with the notion that I could get out even/flat as long as there was a bid. Obviously not the case anymore. As I stated previously, the most bullish case for the stock is the level of negative posting. Anybody who believes that people who don't own stock and are stil deciding to spend their entire day warning us longs out of the goodness of their hearts haven't been investing long enough. If I buy a stock and it goes up then I am enjoying a financial gain at the expense of whomever sold me that stock. If you want a friend buy a dog.

I am confident that I would be in a position to help Gene in completing a reverse merger IPO if he has some viable holdings with tangible cashflow. He has not responded to emails that I have sent him (first Sunday, second today). If this is a scam I will not hear from him. If he is close to completing something on his own I probably won't hear from him. If he want to entertain an additional option I have no idea why I wouldn't hear from him.

It sounds like other folks on this board have done a lot more due dilligence than I have on this stock. I do have a decent knowledge base on the water industry but its impossible to do real work if I can't even reach managment or dig through financials. If the company walked away from a rent payment that is a major concern that deserves an answer. The news releases on the site are lacking any substance. No contact from Gene nor the people who seemingly are invested and knowledgable on this board is a concern.

I'm on the fence leaning towards falling off.
