The number of shares in Q2 was 122,168,842 basic and diluted which divided by 4 is 30.5 mil. There may be 31.6 mil. The pr's from 9-9 and 10-12 contradict each other on share count since the acquisition was suppose to have closed on 9-30. Anyway, it's not enough of an increase to worry about. If profit margin stays like it has, any rise in revenue should be a boost in profits. IMO

That's all I'm asking for.
