Any idea how long it takes Jefferies or one of the other analysis to issue an opinion or price target? The comment he made by phone on Bloomberg seemed wrong to me.

"The bromine market’s prospects are tied to the global economy, Laurence Alexander, a New York-based basic materials analyst at Jefferies & Co., said in a telephone interview."

GFRE sells all theirs in China where the economy is better than most of the rest of the world. They have no need to export so they are not tied to the world. Imports from Isreal are going to be more expensive than buying from GFRE.

Was Jefferies just trying to get some cheap shares before they issue a BUY?
