Poptech: And, as you pointed out previously, that advance payment could have been as little as a dollar or even just a handshake.

You want us to believe that NeoMedia paid a lot up front for the use of their patents, but most logical thinking folks who read the 8K and the PR on it come up w/ a very different conclusion.
