Could be a front for organized crime.

No PR's for 6 months..flatline in triple zeros, suddenly an avalanche, a spike, daytraders interest, then a slow downward taper, sprinkled with innocous, blocks...a few million here and there, 120M shares...nothing..taper...lose interest...
