I agree that another issue will crop up that will be beaten to death. The dilution issue is minor. The major issue is the acquisitions and how they will be financed.

Dean should shed some light on these issues. I don't care if he says they will down in Q4 or Q1 2010. But he needs to give guidance and get it done. This is the premise for the majority of peoples investment.
