I am ROFL at some of the self inflected problems some people seem to manufacture out of "NOTHING".

(IMHO) The share structure is simply manipulated to benefit the company, regardless of how it is done. "Some of us" comprehend this and actually want the company to do whatever it takes to succeed.

The "FACT" that the owner is also buying stock is absolutely normal because any owner that believes in his company wants to hold personal shares; this actually pays him twice for the companies success. (A pay check and stock price.)

The fact that he has announced buying personal shares and then doing it (even if the price goes up) """A WHOLE FRIGGING PENNY""" will not make any difference at all if he honestly expects the shares to be worth ten cents/twenty-five cents/fifty-cents/ or a dollar in the future because he is not going anywhere.

This constant agonizing shelf induced share structure problem should be over for you people soon. Hopefully - for all of our sakes, because that horse is gonna be dead. Then you will have to find another self inflected problem to worry about.

I'm "FULLY" invested here because of the people organizing this company. They have done what they have said. "NO" not or your timeline but on theirs and this is what it takes. They call the shots and for some reason do not care about your opinion = "I wonder why?".

If you have never tried to organize multiple companies under the same corporate structure then you should not bad mouth how, why, or when this company does "ANYTHING". Because you simply do not comprehend what all has to take place.
