Well it sure would explain the late night PR. The PR is very clear to those who read without blinders. This Stock is trying to hold on even with a PR out. Obvisiously they didn't make enough coin on the last PR Pump run. So they are grabing for straws with this lame PR to try and pump the PPS.. I think shes about to give in and go red. Might test the .02 today. IMO. We Will See.
