No joke he has to submit the form 144 to the SEC and then do the buys. Why he would come out of the closetb and announce it may have been a gift to all the pissing and moaning from the longs. He may see this stock hitting a dime or a quarter in the short term of 6 mos or so. Hard to tell the future, but he does show much confidance in putting the pr out here.
