bcle is majority owner of abt. 14 millions shares go to owners of company, if and big if, passes full audit and due dilligence. so maybe we get 4 million shares for bcle, still should move up if real. i saw they just raise outstanding shares 9 for 1 in bocl the other day. seems to be a pattern. i hope i am wrong, very wrong and stock go up.
