Z, One way or another, it has to impact the stock positively. Dean can not sell what we as stock holders own and put the money in his pocket. Maybe this means JS getting his loan back, and his neighbors (per the interview) as well. Either way, that reduces the liability of the company and there should be $ left over for continuing operations.
