Re: He said, some people have been emailing me about Obama being the anti Christ, very concerned. He asked the guy, what do you think are the chances of Obama being the anti-Christ, playfully because he obviously thought it was way over the top. The preacher said ZERO, Beck said so, "ZERO"? He said "ZERO" Beck said something like "that's what I thought"

I think I understand your definition of "balanced", now.

Sometimes, Beck makes a statement about Obama hating white people and white culture, but that's just humor and flippancy. And other times, people accuse Obama of being the anti-Christ, so Beck gets an "expert" to validate that there is zero chance of this, and that's precisely what Beck thought.

So, "balanced".

From my perspective, though, I think it's funny that Beck's viewers somehow got the impression that Obama might be the anti-Christ. After all, health care and civil rights for all seem like they could be the work of the devil.... Which would mean that wanting to address energy independence and a cleaner environment is also satan's work. Sorry for the sarcasm, but *that's* a letter that Beck wants to address on his show...? And *that's* then considered proof that Beck is balanced in his political view...?

I'm sorry, Omega, but in my view it's just legitimizing that asking these kinds of questions are appropriate in political discourse, when in my opinion the idea of the anti-Christ having an agenda like Obama's is certifiably crazy - and speaks to the kind of audience watching Beck's show.
