Maybe Pop-Technology has been waiting to license NeoMedia IP through ScanBuy. Then the royalties that ScanBuy pays to NeoMedia for 10 years will flow to NeoMedia.

I am wondering whether Pop-Technology ever licensed the '048 patent through NeoMedia directly; or if not if they now would have to go through Neustar.
