You don't understand those options. Those January 30, 25, etc were created years ago. They were long-term options going back as much as three years, maybe even more.

Nobody is playing them because they are irrelevant. Someone may be long the option and would be willing to take .05 and take their loss. I doubt anyone holding the short will care to cover it.

thus, those bets made years ago are now meaningless.
