Poptech, as for Neomedia's access to Scanbuy's patents - from the PR: "Scanbuy has granted NeoMedia a fully paid, irrevocable, non-exclusive license of Scanbuy patents and a fully paid, non-exclusive sublicense to all of the patents licensed by MFR to Scanbuy within the U.S." There isn't room for interpretation of that. Scanbuy gave Neomedia a "fully paid" license to their IP. That means Neomedia didn't pay for it. If you're going to wonder out loud on I-Hub if Neomedia is paying for Scanbuy's IP I can tell you you're going to get some blunt responses. That's obfuscating the facts.

As for the Scanbuy not going through Neustar to pay for licensing Neomedia's IP, see below:
