Neomedia didn't have to "hand over" any of their toys, but Scanbuy had to "hand over" all their toys (IP) to Neomedia in the form of fully comp'd licensing. It turns out that most shareholders on this board were correct in how they saw the settlement playing out (except for a sizeable treble damages award (though they are forced to pay undisclosed "upfront fees for past infringement")).
