Thanks for the responses. I am not sure if I will use the margin as I was hurt bad years ago and haven't used since. I set specific wish targets on the indexes and we are now in range. Now I look to two of the strongest stocks out there QLGC and QCOM. If I do go ahead and use some margin I will absolutely put my stops in place.

In the first post from this am I also asked if I should stagger my buys. For example if the stocks and indexes are still in my target range tomorrow, barring a significant gap Up (ggggg), should I divide my funds for the first purhase of each tomorrow and then save the other half for a later date?
