Unless you are going to use a real hard stop (and recognize that if the market will continue down, and it can), I would not recommend margins. As for targets, your targets are good, but the stops you should use ar the low of the year for QCOM (just under) and the recent low for QLGC (I myself may bail out of the Q if I sense a weak opening, only because these are not stocks I usually stay long with for long, all of them are expensive by normal standards).
