OK, I'm not getting to far here. Been on the phone with the SEC, Del Court of Chancellery...I did find that the committee filed a complaint on Oct 19, so the Amigos are at it. Next call will be to the Del Attorney General. My goal it to sound an alarm to the powers that be that Huppes filings are illegal and to arrest their process before they take effect. Reversing the share structure from where it is could be a big ordeal if Huppes changes were to go into effect.
