danno..the point that I keep stressing here is that there should be no mysteries to the shareholds. I just get the
gut feeling that this co. is not being straight forward and
transparent and leaves the SH guessing as to what the co. is
or isn't doing

Speaking of, be prepared for another Ray trick. When the annual meeting comes around, the Q&A period will be severely
restricted for whatever reason and only mundane questions such
as "Are we staying ahead of our competition?" will be fielded
and they will be from those that Goldberg knows as pro-IDOI.
Ray always scheduled a BOD meeting for one half hour after
the SH meeting. Hard, tough questions never got fielded
in spite of collecting a ton of them on the message boards.
Wouldn't you love to ask "Why is NOTHING up front with IDOI???"
