Yeah = its called POOR management or nonresponsive management.
We still sit here at 1 because there are no PR's. The investment community has analyzed this company and figured the price of what the stock is worth. No PR's - we will NOT increase in sh price. You can hold this stock for the next twenty yrs and it will still be 1 - if not less. I can't imagine anything less.
