BSX ABT: The Promus supply and profit-sharing agreement between the companies expires Nov 2009 in Europe and Jun 2012 in the US and Japan. Not surprisingly, these dates coincide with BSX’s guidance for when it will launch the Promus Element stent using its own manufacturing.
