Derekz, I would agree to your point that such multiple entity operation is common in business, but in this case these arent multiple entities/subsidiaries owned by BDGR, and its shareholders, that we are talking about, they are multiple entities wholly owned by insiders, AKA Lanza, Taylor, Bailey, and etc., more curious though, those factual relationships are being convieniently left out of the PRs.
