The CP-690,550 doses in all phase-3 RA trials are 5mg and 10mg.

I thought they were indeed excluding at least one of those higher doses due to concerns over side effects. The fact that PFE is only going with the 5mg and 10mg bid doses is even better news for RIGL inasmuch as R788 dosed 100mg bid is clearly more efficacious than CP-690,550 dosed 5mg and 10mg bid. Note ACR 20/50/70 scores of 66%, 43%, and 28%, respectively, for R788 vs. 55%, 35%, and about 20%, respectively (using the highest numbers from the two dosing regimens) for CP-690,550. DAS scores still appear to be similar at the reduced dosage for CP-690,550.
