Small problem need help.

Tracking baseball game last night on 'YAHOO sports scoreboard' (don't have tv) and everytime did 'REFRESH' would hold for a few seconds, then jump right back to original screen.

have noticed this on several occasions.
Using windows vista home... IE 7... fast computer... lots of memory.
