Actually I've been watching the tax situation because no one will loan them money unless the taxes are paid out of the funds. So yes, I would take payment as a good sign.
The pipeline was bought for $330K with money loaned to the company by Prosser ($200K) and a couple of other individuals. I'm prepared for either a funding announcement/deal or bankruptcy. Those are the only two options as I see it. And I've decided to ride this thing till the end either way.
And Surf, I bought 20M shares of CBAI because I knew it was a sure thing. Aret is a lotto play and therefore a possible and manageable total loss for me.
