Dew whether people like it or not, when the property taxes get paid, that will be the true determinant when they have the cash in hand. Picture this: why would you as a company spend one dime on anything if all your eggs are relying on this big basket to fund. If this deal falls through then you just walk! Everyone in the private mortgage world walked from their mortgage when they couldn't pay it! If the taxes remain unpaid past the due date with no news then look for .000002 per share. In other words your 2.2 M shares are worth $4.40! Scary but possible.

Now let's here from oilmansays. No doubt he will have something to say about the property taxes and the IRS, even though they don't collect on prop taxes.

Let's hope he just tells us how good the meatloaf was on Friday night at the midnight mission!
