It isn't saying you will receive 1 share of SWRS for every 50,000 shares you own of EVFL. It is saying that for every shareholder of EVFL that owns at least 50,000 shares will be entitled to receive a QUANTITY of of the 1.5 million shares of SWRS. Everyone will receive a dividend which is PROPORTIONATE to their ownership shares of EVFL.
