1. Where's your proof of diluton

2. 99% of other penny stocks do not compare to the management team we have here. They're not about raping the shareholder. For crying out loud, DNPI employees own stock in that co. as part of an ESOP. Why would they screw their own employees. Mr. Toms is a highly respectable CEO and has a proven track record of making a co. strong and making shareholders happy.

3. The co. has sales in the millions, imo, they don't need to dilute.
