Dilution

What do you guys really think of this? (back in by the way at .006) ....I am wondering this: why form a separate company? IOVE was supposed to be for businesses around the world. It seems to me a good excuse to create more shares and take more from us. It seems so tricky the "no dilution" thing...that is the thing that is driving this. This PR makes me worried. 4 million more shares. Yes its another spin off, but why not just put European businesses in IOVE account like rest? And what do they have in Europe right now. I don't think anything? Just more shares. This woman is smart. She is making bank on us. I hope I am wrong.
