It all depends on your point of view and what you are willing to believe. My experience has been that these pink sheet scams are highly elaborate and totally unprosecuteable. I am not going to debate . You invest on your own DD and beliefs.

The facts. As anvil posted are this.

The O/S is going up even though there is supposed to be a buyback.

Why? Massive dilution.

Price is going down.

Now you can come up with any and all justifications for this that you want. It won't change the reality of the situation
