HI no bs good post while we wait for all the facts when 10K filed and Sec is done. People can assume all they want for now. Until filed or Sec charges SPNG with any wrong doing nothing but opinions pro or con. NY post just opinions since SPNG not charged yet with anything.

Same with lawyers filed suits before Sec even decided if anything wrong. Even their suit filed is speculation to get plaintiffs to sign up to create the class action.


Unless Sec charges SPNG with material wrong doing/fraud NY post wrong, Law suits no merit.

We just have to wait and see. For now all can go back to assuming what they want. That is all they will be for now assumptions not facts until Sec and auditos done.

Right or wrong. Good or bad the facts will only be determined by auditors and Sec.
