I only have a couple of posts for the day, so want to be very concise as to what the News Release means...

Typically, just prior to filing a 10Q, and especially a 10K, a company will release an "earnings report." This is why we only see the income statement rather than the full set of financials (balance sheet and cash flow in addition to IS).

The fact that all numbers are in line with the Q3 10Q proves just what mgmt said...there are NO RE-STATED FIGURES, ONLY RE-AUDITED. Great news for shareholders.

The official SEC filing almost always follows right on the heels of the Earnings Report.

Good luck and congrats to everyone who has had to endure the endless onslaught of doom and gloom in what we were mistakenly led to believe would be the downfall of SPNG.

I will save my remaining post(s) to assess the breakdown of the 10K, if we see it today.
