It's always a good idea to verify information with the actual sources. Especially when there are no links provided with the information, and the statements imparted seems to be the proliferation of unsubstantiated/unconfirmed second or third-party rumors posted on some other stock discussion system.
It's amazing how quickly much of what is offered by admittedly non-stockholding, disinterested posters can be debunked in that manner.
The following is the verbatim response (..with minor adjustments for decorum..) to my inquiry of one of the purported sources:

Joe asked me if I was going to buy LFZA. I told him no. I told him that was John's stock and I would not comment on it. I assumed he wanted to start problems. Looks like I was right on the motive. Joemoney is a trouble maker and uses others to allow hiw to cause trouble. If he is doing this again at IHUB Matt's a (*) for allowing him back. I guess posting numbers are down. (* * * * *), no doubt about that.
BYW Joe was bad mouthing Matt until Matt allowed him back. Two faced LOL.
I won't write more because I don't own the stock and don't follow it.
