if they can start shipping 3 trucks by January, i think a dividends payout is possible by June. of course, that would mean they have received LT financing

Another poster replied to this with a good idea but think of it this way as well.
Instead of a dividend by June the company (should) have LTF, through LTF they could retire (hopefully) 1.5 to 2.5 billion shares. This increases share value by 100% to 150% so lets say .025 for sake of argument.
Now that the shares are retired pink sheet compliance could be achieved, so lets say because people can check the financials they might actually know of the stock and want to invest in it. BUT, lets keep it on the low end. On the bill C radio show they said CPRK could have a PE of 10 (this is the radio show before the last one) so lets half that and make it 5. this would take .025 x 5 = 0.125 p/s.
Now the company COULD at this point go a few ways.
1. They could still give out a dividend based on the smaller share pool.
2. They could go hellbent on getting the next plant up.
3. Or they could buy back shares along the way, thus making your shares worth more.
Any of the above 3 options is a good one, but I'd rather see 2 and maybe a little of 3 occur rather then get a dividend at this point. Even as far off as June.
Until that next plant is up, to me, nothing else is really worth while when we're letting extra cash sit there. I'd even forgo a dividend to make sure the company could build it's own smelter. Yes it might be years away but that makes CPRK go from a micro business to a minor league business.
Shipping would be much more 'in house' and every 'truck' going out of the property would be worth 500k to 1 mill at that point of refined metals, not ore.
And as I've said a lot the last weeks, up until the end of the year is a very good time to accumulate CPRK. Do your own DD of course, but with LTF being worked on along side pink sheet compliance means we will (likely) never see under a penny again. Not a bad time to snag sub penny shares me thinks.
Have a great day and pwf123 this is more informative post to everyone rather then critizing anything your suggesting. I'd just like to see us get more equipment into play sooner rather then later. Wouldn't even mind more grind mills after the next copper cathode production plant is up.
Enough outta me, have a great night longs.
