if they can start shipping 3 trucks by January, i think a dividends payout is possible by June. of course, that would mean they have received LT financing. they can use a portion of their profit to expand CPRK, so I just don't see a reason why MD would want to uplist?? MD and Insiders would benefit the most if the share structure is reduced which would mean the dividend payout for them would be higher. if CPRK stays as a pinky, they can buy back more than uplisting.
