LARRY, A friend of mine who is usually fairly accurate and who follows the foreign markets, tells me that "he expects the Chinese market to top in mid-October and decline for many months". The CHINA market index closed lower last night but whether the top is in or not remains to be seen but I am now long a little FXP in the case the high is in.
