Now when I read this PR I would think that they don't want to steal the IP away from EFFC. I mean why would you appoint a new CEO and do all of this effort if you want to go with another company anyway?

On the other side what is Axyomm for? Why do we need them anyway if Drivers mate gets sold under EFFC as it appears?
