That's a good point, but how many of these groups are an impediment to us going after Al Qeada, which is the crux of the reason for going after the Taliban?

I don't propose we "boil the ocean", so to speak, by targeting every group on our enemies list, but the Taliban did make public statements that they would fight against us if we entered their country in search for AQ. So we said - "ok."

Again, we are having the same problem with any war without an exit strategy....
