We don't have that info though..We don;t know what its about and as stated before WAAAAAY too early for that PR..It was fluff for the pps that had dropped below .01...THATS why it was put out...

They have to talk to a consultant? WHY EVEN BOTHER PRing IT???? Its BS fluff but now throws a wrench in EXPH...Why not just 1:2 EXPH and rename the company under ETC? or better yet spin off EXPH with 300mil and leave the rest for ETC?

Not an expert or even close to know if these are possible, I trade.....getting more restricted pink stock is NOT my idea of good...got enough of those...

I still think nibbling under .01 is best in case this whole thing has issues going forward...Builds a much stronger base as well no matter what happens...As always, its up to EXPO to shine true light on the company or just be a pink momo flip going forward....
