Spin off or not..
Investors owning shares of one will own shares of the other..That is how a stock dividend works..
regardless of the dividend and what may happen to EXPH because of it..EXPH is still doing business with some pretty big names and from what we have heard..even without the new product..sales are improving..So..Show you $50 million without ETC..Why?? It still will be a part of the overall company after the split at least if you own shares of EXPH before that happens..There are are also many companies that spin off sections of their business and still retain the revenue from both..Do some DD and you will see what I am talking about..Start with Hector Slim and see what Telcel did for the investors of Telmex in Mexico after the spin off...veno
