I think its funny how the company forgot to mention in there PR today that there stock would be halted by the SEC. Instead they issue a press release about a company that did a trademark infringement and annouced a lawsuit against Spongetech, Inc.

Don't they have another lawsuit pending against get fugu.

This is so comedical and pathetic at the same time.

I can see it now, SpongeTech(R) sues the SEC for .......

This stock is going to be worthless when and if it does open.
