Right now, I like to hear from the company.

Why, isn't it obvious to you what they have been telling you is neither accurate or current?

I bet if you went to a prison and asked 100% of the population if they were guilty, about 90% of them would say no. So, let's just let them all out because if they say they didn't do it, surely they have to be telling the truth right?

Let me save you the time. The company will say they are working with the SEC to resolve this issue and will continue to cooperate with them.

That's the standard response unless the CEO is a wingnut and starts blaming everybody under the sun for his problems.
